On the 12th of June in Skopje, the International Conference of Tourism – Feel Skopje was held. The purpose of the conference was to help people from the tourism sector in Macedonia and abroad to network. The participants were touristic workers and professional bloggers from Japan, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Turkey and other countries, as well as STEP network members.
The speakers emphasized that cooperation in the touristic sector is key, as well as that consistency in providing services across the whole country is very important. They recommended that the country has a lot to offer and this is why there is need for touristic packages that will include not just the most visited parts of the country, but other more interesting places as well.
