For the needs of the project “Social Enterprise – Strengthening Innovative Tourism Project (STEP)” funded by the European Union within the framework of the CBC Program (IPA II 2014-2015), based on the Grant Agreement with reference number IPA / 2017 / 390-054, the procurement commission of the Metamorphosis Foundation, in cooperation with the Center for Development of the Polog Planning Region – Tetovo and the Elbasan Council of the Republic of Macedonia, announces a call for bids for the procurement of services for the preparation of a software solution for inter-regional on- online platform for tourism.
The bids shall be submitted in paper form by courier service or personally to the offices of the Metamorphosis Foundation at ul. Apostol Guslarot 40, Skopje. In the offer it is necessary that the financial offer be placed in a separate envelope and marked. The bid is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “FOR PROJECT STEP” (which will contain the allocated financial offer) in which in the lower left corner should be marked “DO NOT OPEN” and the number of the call 05/2019 to which the bid refers .
Bids that will arrive after the deadline, as well as those offers that do not contain the necessary elements or are not made according to the terms of the call, will not be taken into account for further evaluation. Each bidder can participate with only one bid.
Deadline for submission of bids is Monday, April 15, 2019, 12:00 pm.
