On the 16th and 17th of April the first and second hands on workshops of the STEP project were held in Gramsh, Albaniia. The participants were members of the STEP network from Polog and Elbasan regions, as key focus regions of the STEP project.
Within the first workshop important subjects about improving the international cooperation were discussed. The focus of the workshop was to learn ways to improve and grow your own business capacities for international cooperation, as well as opportunities, risks and challenges that it brings in the Elbasan and Polog regions. After this 5 work groups were created that had the task of doing a SWOT analysis оf the current state for international cooperation between the regions.
The second workshop the focus was on learning concrete internet tool that can help improve online business visibility, as well as ways they can be used for building and enhancing international cooperation. Also, the participants had a task to single out the most important fields in which they need help with, in order to enhance their business’ capacity for international cooperation, and growing their business with internet tools.
