Welcome to the University “Aleksandër Xhuvani” in Elbasan, a university with a tradition in the formation of pedagogical staff. Our university is one of the most important educational and scientific institutions in Albania. We are a University that strives to achieve real and valuable results in various fields of human activity that correspond to the various branches that can be taught at this university in the areas of production, science, teaching, culture, art, literature. We care our students to be promoters of our values. This work and this tradition is a task that has left our predecessors, part of the history of this institution and the contribution of all actors of the University, teachers, supporters and students. The University today is part of the prosperous intellectual, educational and cultural environment of the city of Elbasan, a city known for its various values. Our university today is a “cradle” for many personalities from culture, science, social and political life. We are a University with centuries-old history, but we have a new history of almost four decades, a history of outstanding achievements in many areas of the teaching and research process. The University has constantly invested in expanding the spatial capacities and university environments, continuously improving the infrastructure, increasing the quality of curricula and research processes, together with the increased flow of major requirements for the presence of our studies at the University. We are proud that we can say that our modern infrastructure and vast area as well as quality teaching staff are a “tempting” invitation for every young person who wants to start a career in the field of vocational education. We believe that the best choice of the study program and the appropriate way of acquiring knowledge are crucial for a successful and competitive career in the future. |
